As Muso looks to grow the reach of our rapid care approach to new geographies in the coming years, the fast-paced Development & Communications team is actively working to deepen ties with our current cohort of committed partners, as well as identify, establish and grow partnerships with new partners aligned to our mission and scope.

We are seeking a Foundation Partnerships Manager (FPM) to support this effort. The FPM will work within our Foundation & Corporations sub-team to execute strategy and support growth of our partnerships portfolio. The FPM will play a role in managing a select portfolio of current partner relationships and help build a pipeline of new foundation and corporate prospects through research and relationship building. This will include creating and maintaining processes for effective prospecting and cultivation, taking on work and deploying our senior team as needed to pursue opportunities for growth with aligned funders. A versatile writer with strong communication skills, the FPM will develop content, including proposals, briefs, capability statements, and success stories that share Muso’s work in a compelling way.
