Muso’s front-line changemakers are our Community Health Workers. Our CHWs are local Malians, mostly women, who go door-to-door to search for patients. CHWs provide a package of health care services in the home including family planning, newborn screening, and treatment for children with malaria, diarrhea, and malnutrition. Muso removes point-of-care fees, builds infrastructure, and trains CHWs so that government clinics can provide universal, early access to care. Through Muso's 360º Supervision model , each CHW has a dedicated supervisor who provides regular performance management support.
