Moise Samake

Moïse Samaké, Human Resources Director at Muso since 2012, is much more than just a manager. As a founding member and dedicated volunteer, he has been a cornerstone of the organization since its inception. An expert in corporate policies and strategies, personnel management, recruitment, labor law, and training, Moïse brings invaluable expertise to Muso.
Over the years, he has led several major projects, including Muso's non-formal education program. He also served as the focal point for the Musoladamunen Project, conducted in partnership with the NGO TOSTAN as part of the GESE project, funded by USAID. This initiative, part of the Community Capacity Strengthening Program (PRCC), has empowered local populations.
From 2006 to 2012, Moïse Samaké held the position of Head of the Education and Vocational Training Program at Muso. He supervised and coordinated literacy sessions across 11 centers in Yirimadio, a program specifically dedicated to women, supporting them in their associative efforts as well.
Moïse Samaké holds a Master's degree in Corporate Communication and Human Resource Management from the Institute of Higher Technological and Commercial Studies (HETEC). He continues to apply his expertise to Muso, actively contributing to the improvement of the living conditions of the communities he serve.
