Pingwendé Nathanaiel Congo

Regional Finance Director

Nathan is a senior executive of not-for-profit entities. He has solid experience within NGOs, having served in finance and operations functions (Supply chain, IT, HR, Administration, Audit & Risk) within world-class NGOs such as Save the Children international, Médecins Sans Frontières, etc. 


He has managed and structured these functions in both humanitarian and development contexts, working in several countries including Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Côte d’Ivoire, and Senegal.  He has a proven experience in managing mixed portfolios (development and humanitarian) of US$ 200 million and in supervising multi-thematic programs (Child Protection, Health, Nutrition, Livelihood Education, …) and funded by several donors (USAID, ECHO, MasterCard Foundation, EC-DEVCO, DANIDA, UNICEF, DFID, GSK, MFA, ECW...). Plus, extensive experience in the management of multi-sites and multi-countries programs. 


Nathan holds a Ph.D. in sciences of management, a MSc in management, a M.A in accounting-control-audit and a master’s degree in economics. He is an alumnus of the Mandela Washington Fellowship (MWF), International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) of the USA department of state and holds a certificate in public management from Texas Tech University (TTU).
