Youssouf Keita is a physician renowned for his expertise in designing and implementing community health systems, as well as integrating digital tools into healthcare. He is also distinguished as a specialist in non-formal adult education.
Currently, Dr. Keita serves as the Regional Director of Innovation and Formation at Muso, where he energetically leads the department responsible for Innovation and Formation. This department plays an important role in the continuous improvement of Muso's model, ensuring maximum impact through rigorous iterative processes.
Before taking on his current responsibilities, Dr. Keita was the Director of Formation at Muso, following his role as Manager of Community Health Workers. In this capacity, he was a key figure in the development and implementation of supervision for community health workers.
A medical graduate from the University of Bamako, Dr. Youssouf Keita dedicated his doctoral thesis to evaluating the feasibility of tele-ultrasound in four rural health districts, demonstrating his commitment to improving healthcare access in the most remote areas.
Before joining Muso, he worked for the Center for Expertise and Research in Telemedicine and Health in Mali and gained extensive experience as a clinical physician in a community health center.
